Deleting (aka
Voiding) & Reprinting LabelsTo access this dialog: Open the ShipRush System Tray menu and select View Shipments or press View on the main ShipRush screen.
Deleting a shipment is the same as Voiding it. The appropriate
credits are requested for your shipping account.
The Reprint and Delete buttons can be used to reprint a label or to delete a shipment that will not actually be sent.
First select the shipment by clicking on it on the list.
Then press the Reprint or Delete button
ShipRush UPS Pro users: Shipments
can be voided prior to running End of Day.
After End of Day has been run, the only way to void a shipment is to wait until UPS invoices for the shipment. At that point, a void or credit can be requested at www.ups.com or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS. After End of Day has run, there is no way to void the shipment until UPS invoices for it. This is a UPS limitation that applies to all third party systems which process End of Day.
