I already have Outlook and Exchange. Why would I need EmailRush?
EmailRush does not change your existing email system at all. EmailRush is to make outbound email more powerful, and CRM integrated.

For example, all sent email is recorded in the CRM system, so everyone knows what is sent. Large email blasts do not tie up your PC. The EmailRush server does all the work. And EmailRush catches most bad emails before the email bounces. This drastically
cuts bounces, and updates the CRM record to indicate that the email address is bad.

Why do I need the PDF module for EmailRush?
EmailRush can merge HTML files, and templates made in Word. With the PDF module, EmailRush can do the merge in Word, convert the merged document to PDF, and email out the merged PDF.

How much email can I send?
From 100 to 1500 emails an hour, depending on the size of the email, your internet connection, and other factors.

Does EmailRush handle unsubscribe requests for email newsletters?
By itself, EmailRush has no list management features. Rather, EmailRush uses the host CRM or SQL system as the 'decision maker' on what to send, and to whom.
